Oregon: Wed, February 22nd, 2012 from 6:00-9:00pm
Utah: Sat, February 18th, 2012 from 10:30-2:30pm

We offer a ''combo'' class. Pre-Registration
Cost: $115.00 Utah-Fingerprints/Photo $25.00

Our ''combo class'' provides certification for both Utah and Oregon-instructional safety requirements. We are able to complete all requirements for Utah. Fingerprints and photos can be done in store prior to class date.
